MECHANICSBURG, Pa. — The Upper Allen Township Police Department announced Tuesday that it added a new fugitive to its Most Wanted Page.
Marlon Tarryell Holmes, 23, of Harrisburg, is wanted on charges of Conspiracy to Commit Access Device Fraud, Unlawful Use of a Computer, Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Identity Theft, the police department said.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on December 7, 2023.
Holmes is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and approximately 175 pounds.
Upper Allen Township Police remind the public:
- Do not approach or attempt to apprehend any person that you suspect is wanted.
- Any wanted person should be considered dangerous.
