Train crashes into tractor trailer in Mifflin County

Emergency dispatchers say crews were called to the area of River and Horningford Roads for a crash involved a train and tractor trailer just before 6:00 p.m. Sunday.

MIFFLIN COUNTY, Pa. — No injuries are reported after a train hits a tractor trailer collide in Bratton Township, Mifflin County. 

Emergency dispatchers say crews were called to the area of River and Horningford Roads for a crash involved a train and tractor trailer just before 6:00 p.m. Sunday.  

The crash happened at an a tractor trailer crossing in McVeytown. 

A Norfolk Southern representative says the train was on its way from Harrisburg to Missouri. 

No injuries were reported. 

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
