MECHANICSBURG, Pa. — PIAA Executive Director Dr. Robert Lombardi spoke with the media after a board meeting on Tuesday about the organization filing a lawsuit on December 18th against the state Office of Open Records and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In the lawsuit the PIAA seeks to be excluded from state Right to Know Law.
