CAMP HILL, Pa. — Police have charged two men in connection to the suspected theft of two televisions from a BJ's Wholesale Club in Camp Hill earlier this year.

One of the men allegedly faked a heart attack to distract the employee checking receipts at the door, allowing his accomplice to escape with the pilfered products, according to Lower Allen Township Police.

Zachary Dooney, 40, and Sheldon Vest, 64, are each charged with one third-degree felony count of retail theft in connection to the alleged incident, which occurred on Jan. 15 at a store located on the 3800 block of Hartzdale Drive, police say.

According to police, the men loaded the two televisions, valued at $2,349.98, onto a flatbed cart.

As they approached the door checker, one of the suspects claimed to be having a heart attack. While the door checker attempted to help him, the second suspect pushed to flatbed cart out of the store without paying for the merchandise, according to police.

An investigation determined that Dooney and Vest were the suspects in the case, police say. Arrest warrants have been issued for both men.
