JIM THORPE, Pa. — A community in Carbon County is all decked out for Christmas.
Jim Thorpe is set up for its annual Olde Time Christmas celebration.
The festival has strolling carolers, train rides, and several other free activities.
Every corner of the downtown is covered in Christmas lights, the perfect setting to get your last-minute holiday shopping done.
A visit to Jim Thorpe is a Christmas tradition for Tom Root and his family.
"My wife just passed in June, and we used to come up here all the time on my Harley. It's the most beautiful place, you feel at home here, that is the most beautiful thing about this town," said Tom Root, Lebanon.
The celebration serves as a way to get into the holiday spirit while also supporting small businesses in Jim Thorpe.
