HARRISBURG, Pa. — A former state representative from Luzerne County is heading back to Harrisburg as the Pennsylvania Secretary of Transportation.
Governor-elect Josh Shapiro has nominated Mike Carroll to oversee PennDOT.
Carroll represented the 118th District for 16 years before stepping down last year.
He served on the House Transportation Committee for much of that time.
