HARRISBURG, Pa. — A man was shot in the neck in Harrisburg Monday night. It happened around 11:30pm in the area of 17th & Walnut Streets. Police were called to the scene and found a vehicle damaged by gunfire. Officers also found blood on the ground. Around this time a man went to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the neck. The victim was treated and will recover from his injuries.
