HARRISBURG, Pa.–A Harrisburg man was arrested Friday after police say he sold heroin connected to the overdose death of a 49-year-old man last month.
Tiquan I. Chapman, 25, is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, criminal use of a communication facility and other felony drug charges. He was arraigned and taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
Police responded to an overdose death in Harrisburg on Aug. 8. An investigation revealed that Chapman sold heroin to the victim, identified as 49-year-old Orlando Dunson, police said.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 26.
