HANOVER, Pa. — It's official, a Wawa is moving into Penn Township, York County.
Officials with the convenience store chain announced Wednesday, March 20 that the Wawa will be located at 1007 Baltimore St. in Penn Township, the former location of Pine Creek Structures. The property was sold to Paramount Reality for the development.
The 2.174-acre site is located in Penn Township, which borders Hanover, at the corner of Baltimore Street/PA Route 94 and Clover Lane, directly in front of Penn Plaza.
According to officials, Wawa is proposing a 5,500-square-foot store with eight gas pumps and 54 parking spaces.
