FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — A 16-year-old and a 21-year-old were pronounced dead after a police chase in Franklin County.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, on Dec. 20 at 12:52 a.m., troopers were sent to the 9000 block of Lindale Avenue in Franklin County for a report of two men unlawfully entering cars.

The complaint provided a vehicle description and registration plate identifiers for responding troopers.

The driver's name has not been released, but he has been identified as a 16-year-old from Hagerstown, Md. according to police. The passenger was identified as 21-year-old Robert Wade Norwood, also from Hagerstown.
