CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA – A York City man faces multiple sexual charges in Cumberland County involving a 15 year male. Silver Spring Township also accuse Gabriel Palmer, 21, of receiving and distributing images of young boys in sexually explicit acts.
Charges against Palmer include Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Involuntary Sexual Deviate Intercourse, Statutory Sexual Assault, Child Pornography and Criminal Use of a Communications Facility.
Following arraignment Palmer was sent to the Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
The Silver Spring Township Police Department was assisted throughout their investigation by the United States Postal Inspection Service, Homeland Security and the Cumberland County Forensics Team.
