SWATARA TOWNSHIP, PA(WPMT)- A Harrisburg man wanted on sexual assault charges involving a child, surrenders to police.

Last July Swatara Township Police received a report that a 10-year-old female had been sexually assaulted by 24-year-old Adrian Warren several times. The assaults allegedly began when the child was approximately 6 years old. After a lengthy investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for Warren charging him with the following crimes:

Rape of a child; Criminal Attempt Rape of a child; Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a child; Criminal Attempt Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a child; Corruption of minors; Unlawful contact with minors and Indecent assault

Warren, accompanied by his attorney, turned himself in at around 1 pm Friday to Township Police. Following arraignment he was sent to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $25,000.
