HARRISBURG, Pa.–A man wanted for double homicide in Lycoming County was arrested  in Harrisburg on Friday afternoon.

Joseph Sentore Coleman Jr., 35,  had been on the run since October 31. He was wanted in connection to the shooting deaths of Kristine Gibler and Shane Wright, according to police. The pair were gunned down along the 600 block of Poplar Street in Williamsport.

Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force pursued leads in Williamsport and Philadelphia until their investigation led them to Harrisburg.

Around 12:20 p.m. Friday, deputy marshals, task force officers, Harrisburg police officers and members of the Dauphin County Crisis Response Team checked a home in the 1800 block of Park Street in Harrisburg and arrested Coleman without incident.

United States Marshal Martin J. Pane stated, “Fugitives charged with homicide are a top apprehension priority.  Victim’s families deserve to face the accused in a court of law, and the Marshals Service and our fugitive task force partners are committed to this endeavor.”
