LANCASTER COUNTY, PA(WPMT) Police in Lancaster County are on the lookout for two men who presented phony $100 bills Monday at two stores on the 2300 block of Lincoln Highway East.

The first incident happened at around 7 pm at Bed, Bath and Beyond.  Two black males both between the age of 25 and 30 years old, attempted to purchase a Dyson vacuum cleaner with five counterfeit $100 bills. When the bills were declined, they attempted to use a fraudulent credit card, which were also declined by the store. The men left without the merchandise.

At about 7:15 pm, the same two men used seven counterfeit $100 bills to purchase a Hoover vacuum cleaner and two pairs of Monster headphones at Kohl’s.  The suspects left in a silver VW Jetta.

East Lampeter Township Police released surveillance photos of the two suspects.  One suspect wore a black leather jacket and the other a dzark hooded sweater and light colored jacket. Anyone with information that can help solve the case is asked to contact East Lampeter Township Police at (717) 291-4676.
