HARRISBURG, PA (WPMT) The Pa Board of Medicine orders the temporary suspension Dr. Jay Cho’s license to practice as a medical physician and surgeon. Cho is ordered to immediately surrender his wall certificate, biennial renewal certificate and wallet card. A preliminary hearing will convene within 30 days to allow Cho to challenge the suspension. Cho has been licensed to practice medicine in the Commonwealth since August 1973.
Cho is accused of allegedly raping 12 of his female patients and writing prescriptions for no medical reason . Criminal charges were filed in Cumberland County on Tuesday. Cho had offices in Cumberland and Franklin counties.
