Republican incumbent US Sen. Pat Toomey and his Democratic opponent Katie McGinty are battling for Pennsylvania’s US Senate seat.
As the 2016 race is coming down to the wire, recent polls are telling a story of a very tight race between the two nominees.
Democrats would have to attain a handful of seats to retake control of the US Senate. At this point, either nominee could win the seat in the November General Election, which means the balance of power could potentially come down to Pennsylvania’s Senate race.
