CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – Upper Allen Police are on the lookout for the driver who fled the scene after hitting a 5-year-old child. It happened at about 2:50 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in the 1100 block of Granada Lane.
Witnesses say the striking vehicle was a silver car that was possibly a Mitsubishi Eclipse or similar type vehicle and was driven by a white male with short hair. The child was transported by Holy Spirit EMS for treatment of her injuries.
