A Johnstown man is facing DUI charges after he stopped to urinate next to the Silver Spring Township Police Department on Aug. 29, police said.
Investigators received a report that someone was urinating next to the police station.
Police arrested 53-year-old Arthur T. McQuillan as he attempted to drive away from the police station parking lot shortly after 10 a.m.
He was taken to Cumberland County Prison for processing.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 17.
