YORK CITY, Pa. — Police are investigating a shooting that sent one person to the hospital on Wednesday afternoon, according to 911 dispatchers.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. along the 500 block of West Philadelphia Street. The victim, Emilio Ocasio Recio, 30, suffered a single gunshot wound to his side, according Capt. Timothy Utley. He was taken to the hospital and has been since been released.
So far, no arrests have been made.
