Police are looking for an armed man who forced his way into another man’s vehicle and demanded a ride to Perry County on Monday.
The victim was driving along Wertzville Road in Silver Spring Township around 7:35 a.m. when a man armed with a gun walked out in front of his vehicle. The victim stopped and the man approached his vehicle and stated that he needed a ride. According to police reports, the man hopped into back seat and put a gun to the victim’s head.
Then the suspect forced the victim to drive to drive to an undisclosed location in Perry County using back roads.
The suspect told the victim he knew his home address, threatened him and then walked away, police said.
The suspect is described as a black male with a tattoo on his right cheek made of skulls that looked like a cross. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black gloves and black, baggy sweat pants.
