The father of one of the victims spoke to FOX43. He didn't want to be identified or go on camera, however he did say that "it affected everyone in the family and was devastating at the time. Schwanke needs help and we're praying for him."

CAERNARVON TOWNSHIP (WPMT)-A 27-year-old man has been charged for the July sexual assault of a 14-year-old Amish girl in Lancaster County, state police said.
