A Columbia man is being charged with attempted homicide, after police say he forced a woman to take a bunch of vicodin pills. It happened in Martic Township, Lancaster County between October 18th and 19th. Daniel Grant Werner, 26, is accused of forcing the pills on a Holtwood woman he also sexually assaulted while she was under the influence of the pills.
Werner is charged with attempted homicide, rape, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint and simple assault.
He is currently in Lancaster County Prison.
