Police say a tipster helped them find the person responsible for stealing from the Ritters True Value Hardware Store in the West Shore Plaza. Mary Jane Mattie, 50, of 676 State Street, Lemoyne, is charged with Retail Theft. That citation was filed at Magisterial District Judge Beckley’s office.
