LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A New Holland Borough homeowner finds two boarders at her home under influence of K-2 synthetic marijuana.

She made the discovery just before 7 am at her home along the first block of North Railroad Avenue, New Holland Borough.  The homeowner had been allowing Jeffrey Criswell, 31 and Blake Bauder, 22, to stay with her.  She immediately contacted Borough Police.

Responding officers discovered a small amount of suspected K-2 synthetic marijuana in Bauder’s room and a homemade aluminum foil pipe used to smoke marijuana.  Both men were transported by ambulance to Ephrata Community Hospital for treatment.

Upon release from the hospital, both men were charged with Possession of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Criswell was also discovered to have a Lancaster County Bench warrant. He was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Bail for Bauder was set at $10,000. He is also being held under a detainer by Lancaster County Adult Probation.
