CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – A Mechanicsburg man is behind bars after he is charged for the second time in ongoing domestic dispute over the weekend.

On Saturday November 5, at approximately 2:30 a.m Upper Allen Police responded to an active trespass incident in the 1000 block of Lancaster Boulevard. While en route, officers were advised that 43 year old Gregory Floray was inside a residence he was not permitted to be in.

Floray not only forced his way into this residence without permission but he was also restricted from being at this residence pursuant to a prior incident on June 19 involving assault at the same address. Floray fled the scene prior to police arrival.

A warrant was issued for his arrest and on Saturday night at approximately 9:00 p.m with the assistance of the Fairview Township Police Department, Floray was taken into custody. Following arraignment Floray was committed to the Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $750,000.
