A Cumberland County man is arrested for sexual assault of a minor.
Andrew J. Brown, 21, of Silver Spring Township was taken into custody by police for allegedly having sexual relations with a 12-year-old girl.
Brown is being charged with one count each of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Aggravate Indecent Assault, Indecent Assault and Corruption of Minors.
He was then sent to Cumberland County Prison on $15,000 cash bail.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled Nov. 6
