A Lancaster City woman is sentenced to three years probation after she pleaded guilty in Dauphin County Court to charges of Identity Theft, Forgery, Access Device Fraud and Theft by Deception involving a 62 year old man she met on the social networking site “tagged.com”

Oleita Sims,63, admitted after meeting the man on the site, she began traveling to Lower Paxton Township to meet him. They soon became involved in an intimate relationship. At some point, Sims stole the routing number to the victim’s bank account and attempted to use that to pay a $744 utility bill for a relative. She also stole his Bank of America Visa card and used it to buy pizza and other food on several occasions.

The victim said in court that Sims told him she was a psychiatrist with millions of dollars, which he came to doubt.
