Kaine will speak at the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster, located at 231 West Lemon Street, at 6:00 p.m. Kaine is expected to lay out the stakes of November’s election. Doors open to the public at 4:00 p.m.  To RSVP for the event, click here: http://hrc.io/2biZRau
