COLUMBIA, Pa.– A woman was charged with three traffic violations after a fatal crash in late May.
Fay Markley, 58, is facing careless driving causing unintentional death, turning movements and require signals, and right-of-way pedestrians in crosswalks.
Markley struck Fay Hogentogler, 73, with a pickup truck while she was walking across Lancaster Ave. at Cherry St. The injuries Hogentogler proved to be fatal.
