United States Marshals arrest a suspect in a Carlisle shooting.  Robert Gilmore, 19, is allegedly one of two shooters who fired multiple shots into a crowd of people along the 100 block of W. Pomfret Street on February 13.  A bullet grazed the head of a 16 year old girl.  She was treated and released.

Carlisle Borough Police obtained an arrest warrant for Gilmore on March 7.  They asked the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force to assist in locating Gilmore.  Earlier today, U.S. Deputy Marshals arrested Gilmore in New York City. He was turned over to the New York City Police Department to await an extradition hearing.

Charges against Gilmore include Criminal Attempt 1st degree murder, Conspiracy, Aggravated Assault, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
