One of the ten victims in last Sunday’s shooting on New Orleans’ Bourbon street, has died.
21-year-old Brittany Thomas from Hammond, Louisiana died Wednesday afternoon after being in critical condition since Sunday.
Three other victims remain in the hospital in stable condition.
A person of interest has turned himself into police.
Justin Odom surrendered to authorities Wednesday afternoon.
Officers arrested and booked him on unrelated warrants that stem from a shoplifting case.
