‘Restaurant Redemption’ has been featured on the Cooking Channel for more than a year now.
The TV show follows Chef Ching-He Huang across the country as she tries to help struggling Asian restaurants succeed.
Now, Chef Ching is making a stop in our area!
On Tuesday evening, Fusion Fire in Camp Hill will be featured on Restaurant Redemption.
The owners, married couple Frank and Vivian Dominick, both gave up their previous careers to follow their true passion and open up the Asian-fusion restaurant and sushi bar.
The episode follows the couple’s journey, alongside Chef Ching, as they encounter and overcome the struggles of running a successful restaurant.
The couple invited FOX43 to Fusion Fire for a sneak peak at what viewers can expect during Tuesday’s episode.
They also shared with us some of their handcrafted dishes which include everything from Japanese sushi to Thai stir fry.
The episode of Restaurant Redemption featuring Fusion Fire will air Tuesday at 10:00 p.m. on the Cooking Channel.
