Update: York County Coroner identities man who died after triple shooting

YORK, Pa. — Update (8:01 p.m.) The York County Coroner has identified a man who died following a triple shooting in York City on Friday.

The coroner said Victor Acosta-Delgado of the 100 block of East Maple Street was the victim.

A shooting in York City this morning has left one dead and two injured.

At approximately 12:20 a.m., York City Police responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of Parkway Boulevard and North George Street.

Once they were at the scene, police discovered three males with gunshot wounds and immediately performed first aid. EMS then arrived and the victims were transported to York Hospital.

One victim, a 36-year-old male, succumbed to his injuries. The other two victims, a 39-year-old male and a 24-year-old male, are expected to survive.

Detectives are currently investigating.
