Lancaster couple arrested, allegedly had over 200 grams of meth, various other narcotics

LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster City couple was arrested by the Lancaster County Drug Task Force (LCDTF) after a search warrant was executed at their home.

According to the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office, Wendy Bouder, 43, and Michael Henry, 37, were each charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, oxycodone, MDMA, psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana as well as possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of criminal conspiracy. 

Members of the LCDTF initiated an investigation into the sales of methamphetamines by Bouder in February of 2024. Several undercover and confidential informant buys were made using pre-recorded money during February and March. 

On March 25, the LCDTF, with the assistance of Pennsylvania State Police, executed a search warrant at Bouder's residence. 

Bouder and Henry were arrested inside and the following items were seized: 

-226 grams of methamphetamine 

-245 grams of marijuana 

-69 oxycodone pills 

-4 MDMA pills 

-9 grams of psilocybin mushrooms 

-Two digital gram scales, several used vacuum-sealed bags, small Ziploc-style unused bags, and miscellaneous packaging materials 

-$1,487 in cash

Bouder is currently held on $60,000 bail and Henry on $75,000 bail.
