Coach James Franklin has been busy over the past month signing coaches to his staff, following the dismissal and departure of several coaches from the 2019 group.
Wednesday was the first time that several of coaches met with the media since arriving at Penn State, including Red Land grad and new PSU offensive coordinator Kirk Ciarrocca.
