MANHEIM, Pa. — While the COVID-19 pandemic might have stopped the Special Olympics Pennsylvania Summer Games from returning to Penn State University, it couldn't stop the athletes from competing.
The Summer Games took a virtual approach this year and all weekend, athletes like Manheim's Chloe Phillips have been able to showcase their talents to the world.
