YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Officials in York County are investigating a crash that left extensive damage to the side of a house on Monday.
According to the Porters Fire Company, crews were dispatched to the scene on York Road in Heidelberg Township at 2:21 a.m. on Oct. 21
Upon arrival, crews found one vehicle overturned after striking the side of the structure, leaving severe damage.
The vehicle's driver was confined, however, crews were able to free the driver within two minutes of their arrival.
Two residents were in the room where the vehicle struck and were transported to a local hospital to receive treatment for their minor injuries. Officials reported that a third resident went to a local hospital a few hours later and was admitted for observation.
The driver refused EMS care and was taken into custody by the Northern York County Regional Police Department, who are investigating the incident.
