Brian Philips from Fine Wine and Good Spirits showed off some seasonal cocktails to help get you through the snow storm.
Irish Winter
Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlua Coffee Cream
1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
Freshly brewed coffee
Whipped Cream for garnish
Combine Kahlua and Jameson in heat-safe mug
Add coffee; stir gently. Garnish with whipped cream
Chocolate Covered Raspberry
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Svedka Raspberry Vodka
8 oz hot chocolate
Whipped Cream
Fresh Raspberries
Chocolate shavings
Combine the first two ingredients in a heat-safe mug.
Garnish with whipped cream, raspberries, and chocolate shavings.
Hot Peppermint Stick
Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
Grenadine syrup
Hot water
Whipped Cream
Peppermint stick
Combine first two ingredients and 1/4 ounce grenadine in a heat-safe mug. Add hot water to fill mug and top with whip cream. Garnish with a peppermint rod and drizzle grenadine over the whipped cream.
