LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. — A 70-year-old woman lost thousands of dollars when she fell victim to a computer scam, Pennsylvania State Police revealed today.

The Myerstown woman became a victim of the scam when she received a pop-up warning that child pornography had been detected on her new computer.

She contacted the customer service number and was scammed out of $1,000 in Visa cards and $15,000 in Bitcoin.
