Lancaster man dies in motorcycle crash in Harrisburg

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster man is dead after crashing his motorcycle in Harrisburg on Saturday evening.

James Bacon, 52, died after he struck a concrete traffic barrier and was thrown from the motorcycle after he tried to negotiate a curve on I-83 north, police said.

According to the police release, Bacon was wearing a motorcycle helmet at the time of his death.
