YORK, Pa.--Players from the York Revolution baseball team visited patients at WellSpan York Hospital and the WellSpan Surgery and Rehabilitation Hospital. Players say it's important for them to send some good vibes to the patients. They also want to get involved in the community because of all the support the players get from their fans.

Pitching coach Paul Fletcher says, "I think it's always important for us, as a team, to be in the community, be community-minded. They support us and they've been so great and so loyal to us over the years and i just feel like it's a good thing to come out and be in the community and do what we need to do for these kids."

The York Revolution starts its tenth season on April 21, 2016. The team's home opener will be on April 28 at People's Bank Park in York.
