Pharmacy chain Walgreens has issued two recalls.
The first is for 17,000 bottles of the company’s “Well at Walgreens” multivitamins for women ages 50 and older. The drug store chain reports the packaging for the tablets does not meet poison prevention standards. The tablets contain iron, which can be harmful to young children if swallowed. The tablets affected were sold between January and March of 2015.
