CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – A traffic stop for speeding leads to the arrest of a Carlisle man on possession of marijuana charges.
Upper Allen Police stopped a car driven by Louis Marcella-Moore, on Route 15 at about 10:27 a.m. this morning.
During the stop the officer detected an odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Marcella-Moore was found to have marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was immediately taken into custody.
He is charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Marcella-Moore faces a preliminary hearing at a later date.
