Three local men have been arrested by Susquehanna Township Police for passing counterfeit twenty dollar bills at local fast food restaurants. The investigation began on March 9th, when employees at the McDonald’s on the 4400 block of North Front Street in Harrisburg reported that three men were trying to pass counterfeit bills at the drive-thru window.

The employees were able to get a description of the vehicle and record the vehicle’s registration. Police spoke to the owner of the car who said her son had been driving the vehicle. Police have identified the three suspects as 19-year old Brandon Wallace, 18-year old Devacio Mcgowan and 18-year old Zayd Issah.

Zayd Issah was a standout football star at Central Dauphin High School and is a current Penn State football recruit.

The suspects did cooperated with police and are facing charges of Forgery, Theft by Deception and Criminal Conspiracy. All three were arraigned and released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
