CUMBERLAND COUNTY -- The first flakes have been spotted in Carlisle, Cumberland County.
PennDOT drivers are on the road this morning and say they are prepared to clear the snow.
The preparations for the storm started Tuesday for PennDOT who say they will leave a layer of snow on the roads if it starts to ice.
