LANCASTER, Pa. - It's a true honor to sing the National Anthem at any event. On Saturday, local singers belted out their best rendition to show they have what it takes to perform at Lancaster Barnstormers games. Artists gave it their all in front of a panel of judges and shoppers at Park City Center.
"I'm blown away at how talented the singers are," Barnstormers Vice President Tony Demarco said. "Unbelievable soul singers, country singers, classical singers, and there's just so many talented kids."
Judges will invite the top scorers to perform the National Anthem for one or more of the team's many home games during the upcoming 2016 baseball season.
