SHIPPENSBURG, Pa.– Shippensburg University Field Hockey is holding free fall instructional clinics for children in grades 3 through 12.

The clinics are being held in honor of Amanda Strous, based on her passion for playing, teaching, and coaching field hockey.

All of the clinics will be held at Robb Sports Complex at Shippensburg University’s campus.

The first of clinics is this Friday, September 9 from 7-8 p.m. Additionals camps will be held Friday, September 23 and Friday, October 7 from 7-8 p.m.

Everyone in attendance is asked to bring your stick, mouth guard, shin guards, turf shoes and a water bottle. Goalies must provide their own equipment.

The clinics will be hosted by NFHCA Hall of Fame and Shippensburg head coach Bertie Landes. She encourages children to come and join the fun while learning the game of field hockey.
