EAST PENNSBORO, Pa. — Two men were arrested Thursday after being caught with 104 bags of heroin in Cumberland County, police said.
Adam L. Morgan, 20, of Camp Hill is charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver/manufacture a controlled substance, three counts of criminal use of a communication facility and three counts of possession of a controlled substance. Doryon T. Valle, 19, of Camp Hill is charged with possession with intent to deliver/manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver/manufacture a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
They were taken to Cumberland County Prison with Morgan’s bail set at $50,000 and Valle’s bail set at $25,000.
The pair were busted during an undercover heroin operation conducted by the East Pennsboro Township Police Department and the Cumberland County Drug Taskforce.
A preliminary hearing for both men is scheduled for Sept. 21.
