NEW OXFORD, Pa. — The student who put Super Glue on a toilet in a New Oxford High School as an April Fool’s Day prank is now facing charges. Another student, a 15 year-old boy, sat on the toilet and couldn’t get up. When school officials couldn’t help him up, the toilet seat had to be removed and the student taken to the hospital. The victim suffered abrasions to his rear end.

Eastern Adams Regional Police Chief Francis Staub says the victim was not targeted. It was a random act, Staab says. Video was reviewed and a suspect identified. The prankster admitted to gluing the seat and had the Super Glue on him. He is also 15 years-old. He is charged with Simple Assault, Harassment and Institutional Vandalism.
