MIFFLIN COUNTY, Pa. – The Mifflin County Coroner has identified the two victims in a double homicide as Carol D. White, 44, and her mother 81 year old Floris C. Lewis both of 164 Fairway Place, Granville Township.

Granville Township Police discovered the bodies of the two women when they responded to a call to their home at about 6:30 am Monday.  White’s body was outside the home. Her mother, according to the coroner’s office, was shot dead while she was lying in bed. Autopsies on both victims were scheduled for today.

Two men, who were at the home when police arrived, were taken into custody. Records show two men, Travis A. White 35, and Henry A. White, 39 were committed to the Mifflin County prison on Monday.   The District Attorney, however says no charges have been filed against either suspects in the case.  Both men remain at the prison while the investigation continues.
